I used a gelli plate to create the background the added some distress ink.  Then I stamps using Tim Holtz's haberdashery stamp set.  I embossed the top part of the dress form and glued it on.  The embellishments were embossed and I used lace to make the flower with a button center.

I am  entering this in the Inspiration Emporium add a little "POP" challenge and
at Simon Says Stamp & Show ; "Chic to be Shabby" challenge

Again Simon Says is offering a $50.00 gift voucher to their on line store.  Inspiration Emporium is also offering a $50.00 voucher to their on line store,
