I used a gelli plate to create the background the added some distress ink.  Then I stamps using Tim Holtz's haberdashery stamp set.  I embossed the top part of the dress form and glued it on.  The embellishments were embossed and I used lace to make the flower with a button center.

    what a lovely tag the background is fantastic I have still to see these gelli plates and how they work but I love what it has done here. Really great colours together
